Development of a Seminar Series in Ethical Engineering

Co-developed, with Marion Boulicault, Milo Phillips-Brown, and Abby Jaques, a three-part series of learning modules with embedded group activities for MIT's New Engineering Education Transformation program. These interactive modules are run integrally as part of a larger project-based curriculum.

Infusing Ethics into Experiential Learning

In collaboration with Marion Boulicault, Milo Phillips-Brown, Sophie Gibert, and MIT's Office of Experiential Learning, I helped to design and launch a new discussion-based summer course at MIT: 'Experiential Ethics.' The course is designed as a complement to summer experiences, such as internships or research.

The videos below provide a window into the team design-build-test project challenge that is central to 16.810. I've served as lead developer of the two most recent projects for this class. Oli de Weck was an original course developer of 16.810 and he continues teaching in it with me and Elizabeth Schanne presently.
